Blueberry Plum Jam

This is one of our firm favourites because the plums are harvested from one of the oldest trees in our organic orchard. An Italian prune plum tree planted by the previous owners of the farm. |t was a small whip when we purchased our farm almost three decades ago. Our blueberries are from Erin, a lovely young lady who works on the farm and has blueberry bushes growing on her farm. She kindly brings us buckets full of freshly picked blueberries to make our jams.
