Absolutely stunning big beefsteak fruits, deep wine-red with bright green stripes, with heirloom-quality flavour. Big, succulent fruit can reach 8–12 ounces.
Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye seed was selected and grown by Brad Gates, known in the California Bay Area as “the tomato guy”, and was first offered in the Seed Savers 2008. The flavour is outstanding, with a great balance between sweetness and acidity - sweet with a very complex, rich, dark tomato flavour.
