Shamrock Farm specializes in Lavender and the uses of this extraordinary herb. We grow several varieties of Lavender, in both the intermedias and angustifolias. All our lavender is grown organically and our essential oils are of the highest quality.

We sell lavender essential oil, lavender Hydrosols, fresh cut and dried lavender bouquets, culinary lavender, lavender sachets and lavender bath products.

Distillation

We distill essential oils here in the lavender fields in our copper still. Our lavender and lavadin essential oil are of the highest quality.We use an old artisan technique of hydro steam distillation in a simple low pressure, small lot process. Unlike most commercial processes, we only use the flowers or 'bud' from the Lavender and not the stems and pieces. By distilling only the precious 'bud' we are able to get the highest quality essential oil possible.

Shamrock Farm lavender is available for sale at our roadside stand during the summer months; weather permitting, beginning in June when the lavender harvest begins. We really enjoy it when lavender lovers stumble upon our little old fashioned stand. Some lavender products will also be available for sale in October when the farm is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
