We are a true family run and operated farm located in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
Our philosophy is that we believe in the small family farm, humane and loving treatment of our animals and sustainable organic farming practices.
We have farmed this land since 1993 and created what it is today. It is a farm that we are very proud of and we enjoy sharing it with others. We grow pumpkins, garlic, apples and lavender. We make our own 100% natural goat milk soaps, preserves and honey. We raise purebred Nubian goats, turkeys, laying hens and geese. We sell only those things that are either grown or made by us on our farm.
In 1999 we decided to move away from our strictly wholesale business and open the farm to the public daily during the month of October. We wanted more children and their families to be able to experience life on a farm. It was the best decision we’ve made.
We had never expected our farm to become a favorite tradition to so many families. October is a special month that we treasure. As the pumpkins turn brilliant orange we eagerly anticipate the arrival of autumn. And of the children returning to the pumpkin patch in search of that magic pumpkin to carve into a jack o’lantern. Picking pumpkins on our farm has become a tradition for them, and their visits to the farm have become a tradition for us. It is a tradition that our family has truly come to love.
